Provides the interfaces read barcode/qrcode etc from a scanner accessory device. This interface should be implemented by accessory apps as a service supporting barcode scanner to provide rest of the system an ability to read barcode from a scanner device.

referenceId - will be passed as a part of listener.

unRegisterListener

unregister a listener. return the barcode via listener callback.
